Firefighters were called out to a blaze at a garage in Fourdon this morning.

The fire started at around 8am this morning, and was caused by a faulty electric box in the store cupboard of Stuart Cooper Motors.
Staff at the garage found the fire just as they were arriving for work and alerted the emergency services immediately.

A Grampian Fire and Rescue spokesperson said that there were two casualties at the scene, but their condition at the time was not serious.

Irene Sim, the manager of the garage, said: "It was a small fire and luckily it never came to anything too serious. It is work as normal for all the staff here at Stuart Cooper."
