Torched speed camera may be out of action for 3 months

The A90 speed camera torched yesterday may not be replaced for three months.
The camera near Stonehaven was set on fire in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and the damage was so severe that the device has been ruined beyond repair.

Julie Smith, communications officer for NESCAMP, said:

"The stretch of road will be without a speed camera until it is replaced, we are looking at anything up to 3 months. The device is currently out of use."
