Car crash leaves Aberdeenshire woman in serious condition

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 36 year old woman was injured in a crash near Aberdeen.

Her black Seat left the road between Gardenstown and Banff on Monday night, where she had to be removed from her car by the fire service.

She is currently in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where her condition is being described as serious but stable.

Police want to know why her car left the road and are asking for anyone with any information to come forward.
