Gairoch-based swimmer Hannah Miley won her second gold at the UK championships yesterday.
The 22 year-old swam impressively in the woman's 200m Individual Medley achieving a time of 2 minutes and ten seconds.

The time was just under a second faster than fellow Olympic qualifier Sophie Allen. 

Miley said: "I knew it would be a big race on my hands, lots of the younger girls have done personal-best times, so it was great to see Team GB so strong and pushing me."

This follows her victory in the 400m Individual Medley on Sunday.

It has been a successful championships for the north-east with Aberdeen born Robbie Renwick winning the Men's 200m Freestyle gold on Monday.
